Arkab welcomes a senior executive from Halliburton

On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mines, and Renewable Energy Mohamed Arkab welcomed Ahmed Helmi, Vice President of Halliburton American Company for North Africa, to his department's headquarters. The meeting was attended by ministry officials and the company's representative in Algeria.
