What Sayoud wants for CNAN El Djazaïr

During a meeting held on Sunday evening with senior officials from his ministry, Minister of the Interior and Transport Said Sayoud outlined his vision for managing the public maritime freight transport company CNAN El Djazaïr.

During a meeting devoted to the public company CNAN El Djazaïr, Minister Said Sayoud assessed the operational status of the fleet and the company management. He demanded greater rigour in the maintenance of ships, with strict control over the relevance and cost of the work. He also called for broadening the company's commercial prospects by strengthening its competitiveness in exports and imports. To this end, he recommended close coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and economic operators, particularly through the Algerian Economic Renewal Council (Crea), to adapt CNAN El Djazaïr's offering to market needs.
