Emploitic organized the 6th edition of Talent Day in Algiers, bringing together various experts and leaders to discuss the challenges of employment and the importance of encouraging leaders to promote the necessary changes. Entrepreneur and university lecturer Nazim Sinni presented an analysis of global upheavals, including wars and climate change, and their impact on economies and lifestyles. He discussed the vision for Algeria in 2030, with a modernized economy and an urbanized, data-connected society with 12 million active workers out of a population of 52 million. The event was followed by a roundtable discussion on organizational agility and an interview with Algerian director Djaafar Kassem on managing teams during filming.
