Pharmaceutical industry: Kouidri meets with the president of Business Russia

Yesterday, Tuesday, Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry Ouacim Kouidri met with Alexei Repik, President of Russian business organization Business Russia, to discuss opportunities for cooperation and investment in various sectors of the industry in Algeria, according to a statement from the ministry.

During this meeting, held at the ministry's headquarters in the presence of Kamel Moula, President of the Algerian Economic Renewal Council (CREA), the minister reviewed the "dynamics" of the drug and medical device production sector in Algeria, highlighting the progress made in the field of innovation, in line with the needs of the national health system.

For his part, Mr Repik, accompanied by a delegation of Russian economic operators specializing in the pharmaceutical industry, expressed Russia's desire to establish "strategic partnerships" with Algeria in this field, the statement concluded.
