A new industrial zone ready to join AAPI's operational portfolio

As part of his field visit to the wilaya of Bouira, the Managing Director of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI), Omar Rekkache, together with the Wali Abdelkrim Amouri, inspected the development work on the new “Nourredine Bourhal” industrial zone, located in the commune of Dirrah.

Covering an area of 250 hectares divided into 367 lots, this zone is one of the wilaya's major strategic projects. Work is 97% complete, and the industrial zone will soon be integrated into AAPI's land portfolio.

 

On this occasion, the CEO of the AAPI stated that this area was fully available to host investment projects, particularly development plans. He appealed to interested economic operators to express their willingness to invest there, adding that coordination work would be carried out with wilaya services to study the types of activities that could be set up there.

 

The "Nourredine Bourhal" industrial zone is part of a substantial land portfolio held by the wilaya of Bouira, estimated at 940 hectares. This includes three industrial zones, twelve business parks and six micro-business parks, providing a solid base for meeting the growing demand for economic land expressed by investors.
