According to its Deputy Managing Director, Samia Kaid, in 2024, the
state-owned Getex Group achieved its growth target of 20 billion dinars
and aims to exceed this figure in 2025. The company is banking on
quality and competitive prices to strengthen its market position while
meeting international standards of innovation and development.
Getex
is planning new partnerships with foreign operators, particularly in
innovation and R&D. The group also expects to expand its product
range, focusing on womenswear and menswear, to expand into international
markets.
Toufik Maouche, CEO of Jackets Club, the group's sales
subsidiary, pointed out that opening a store in the Bab Ezzouar shopping
centre marks a new stage in strengthening the brand's presence in
Algeria. Jackets Club currently has 25 stores and plans to open more,
notably in Guelma, Oran and the southern country, as part of a
progressive expansion program.
The company prioritises
consolidating its position on the domestic market before embarking on
exports. Negotiations are underway to access foreign markets. Thanks to
its extensive distribution network and its digital platform launched
start-up Dar El Dzair, Jackets Club is also strengthening its presence
via e-marketing.
