New traffic code bill: Sayoud explains the scope of the law before the Senate

As part of efforts to improve road safety, a new highway code has been introduced to clarify the responsibilities of all parties involved, unlike the previous regulations. This code requires applicants for a driver's license to meet specific legal requirements set by driving schools, including physical and mental fitness to drive. It also provides for medical tests to ensure that applicants do not use drugs or psychotropic substances.
