IATF 2025: SODISMAC signs contract with Mauritanian company

The number of agreements signed in the industrial sector during the 4th edition of the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF-2025) is growing. On Tuesday, SODISMAC signed an export agreement for clinker to Mauritania, according to a statement from the Ministry of Industry.

The Algerian company SODISMAC, a subsidiary of the GICA group, has signed an agreement with the Northern Mauritania Cement Company to export 360,000 tons of clinker. This shipment will be divided between two sites: 120,000 tons for the Nouadhibou plant and 240,000 tons for the Nouakchott plant. The signing of this agreement took place in the presence of officials from the Ministry of Industry and the GICA group, illustrating the strengthening of trade between Algeria and Mauritania in the construction materials sector.
