Sino-Algerian business forum: Madar Holding signs three agreements with Chinese partners

On the sidelines of the Algerian-Chinese business forum held at the “Abdelatif Rahal” International Conference Centre in Algiers, Madar Holding has taken a further step in its industrial development strategy by signing three major agreements with Chinese companies.

The first partnership was sealed between Madar Holding and China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) to create a joint venture specialised in industrial engineering. This new entity will strengthen technological support within Madar Holding's subsidiaries and assist Algerian industrialists in the public and private sectors.

 

The second agreement, signed by subsidiary GLOBAL AGRIFOOD, concerns implementing a large-scale agricultural project in the country's southern regions. This project will enable the development of strategic crops essential to Algeria's food security.

 

Madar Maritime Company, another Group subsidiary, has partnered with a Chinese company to manufacture maritime containers. Intended for land and sea transport of raw materials and finished products, this initiative will help to boost national industrial logistics.

 

With these commitments, Madar Holding reaffirms its leading role in promoting investment, international cooperation, and Algeria's sustainable industrialisation.
