Marble mining: Arkab promotes partnerships with Italians

The Minister spoke at a meeting with a delegation from the Algerian Minerals Federation and the Italian Association of Producers and Processors of Natural Stones and Machinery Manufacturers.

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the modalities for the implementation of the master-agreement ratified on 18 July 2022 between the Algerian Federation and the Italian Association in the field of training on the exploitation and industrial processing of marble.

The Minister also encouraged, on occasion, partnership and investment relations in the field of marble quarrying and its local transformation between companies in the sector and national private companies, such as Manadjim El Djazair Group and Italian companies.
