CACOBATPH: an electronic service for declaring worksite stoppages

In a press release issued on Monday, the Caisse Nationale des Congés Payés et du Chômage-Intempéries des Secteurs du Bâtiment, des Travaux Publics et de l'Hydraulique (CACOBATPH) (National Fund for Paid Holidays and Unemployment-Intemperity in the Building, Public Works and Hydraulics Sectors) announced the launch of a service enabling users to submit their site stoppage commitments online.

As part of its digital transformation, the CACOBATPH has launched a new electronic service on its Tasrihatcom portal dedicated to users to declare work stoppages due to weather conditions using a paperless system, without having to go anywhere.

With this service, users can submit their work stoppage commitment online. The process involves two stages: first, entering information about the worksite and the workers' representatives; second, validating the commitment once work has resumed by downloading and signing the required document.

This initiative aims to improve social protection for workers in the BTPH sector exposed to climatic hazards while simplifying administrative procedures and modernizing Caisse services.
