Several road infrastructure projects are underway in four Algerian provinces: Bordj Badji Mokhtar, Adrar, In-Salah in the south, and Bejaïa in the north. In Bordj Badji Mokhtar, 20 km of provincial roads are to be completed in the first quarter, a strategic region where maintenance work is a priority. In Adrar, 10 km of the RN 52 will be delivered as part of a larger 60 km project, while 12 km of roads leading to agricultural areas will also be completed, facilitating access to farms.

In In Salah, 42 km of the RN 01 are undergoing a major modernisation project to open up the region. In the north, in Bejaïa, the second Kharatta tunnel—connecting Bejaïa to Sétif—is being redeveloped to improve safety on a busy route. It is expected to be operational soon.
