According to a statement from the ministry, this visit is part of Algerian-Italian cooperation on developing entrepreneurial skills in Algeria.
On this occasion, both parties examined ways to strengthen the capacities needed to establish innovative ecosystems and consolidate a common approach in the field of micro-enterprises.
The visit programme featured presentations by ministry officials and lecturers from the Italian university. These discussions provided the Italian delegation with an overview of the national start-up ecosystem, mechanisms for promoting entrepreneurship, notably ANGEM and NESDA, and the role of the National Agency for Self-Employment (ANAE).
For its part, the Italian delegation outlined programmes to strengthen entrepreneurial skills within universities and prospects for cooperation on sustainable development.
