Saihi emphasizes the digitization of training at the INT

Abdelhak Saihi stresses the need to establish the National Labour Institute (INT) as a benchmark for specialized training, relying on digitization.

Chairing an evaluation meeting devoted to presenting the INT's activity report, Saihi gave "a series of instructions aimed at strengthening the Institute's effectiveness and adapting it to digital transformations, in particular by giving special attention to distance learning programmes and interactive digital platforms to support flexibility in learning," according to a statement issued on Saturday by the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.

Saihi also ordered "the expansion of the training programme to include different categories of workers and senior managers across the various provinces, as well as the strengthening of specialised training that meets the needs of the sector, while taking into account the specific characteristics of each establishment".
