Held at the same ministerial department, the meeting was part of several meetings initiated by the minister with companies and public industrial groups, the statement said.

On this occasion, a presentation was given on the group's current situation, including its key performance indicators, currently underway projects, and the obstacles encountered by some of its branches and production units.

After listening to the presentation, the minister called for the preparation of a precise and comprehensive analytical study of the group's various branches and units to identify the causes of weaknesses and propose practical and realistic solutions to improve performance and increase productivity, according to the same source.

Call to intensify coordination meetings

The minister also underlined the need to complete the group's management digitization project before the end of the current year, according to the President of the Republic, Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, with directives to generalise digitisation in public management and enhance transparency and administrative efficiency.

Yahia Bachir also highlighted the importance of holding regular coordination meetings between ministry officials and the group to support the latter in overcoming obstacles and guiding it towards achieving development objectives.
