Hamadi talks with the Malaysian ambassador about strengthening bilateral cooperation

"The meeting provided an opportunity to review the state of bilateral relations and the mechanisms that could promote them", according to the same source.

Mr. Hamadi highlighted "the importance of working to establish a bilateral cooperation framework through the drafting of a memorandum of understanding in the field of tourism and crafts, in particular tourist and hotel training and religious tourism, taking into account the interest of Malaysians in monuments and places of worship, in addition to establishing a genuine partnership in terms of tourist investment, digitization and crafts", the ministry added in its statement.

The Malaysian diplomat expressed his readiness "to develop bilateral relations in the field of tourism and crafts given the considerable assets that Algeria possesses", stating that he was working "to strengthen coordination with a view to developing a memorandum of understanding and developing tourist mobility between the two countries".
